Daily report english 02/08/18

Assalamualaikum
Today is the day that croissant are repeated and we start woking on one day because he stayed overnight so this one will work today

First I set up materials that already have 3 types,  then start mixing the dough and start storing it in the frezzer. After being used we started cleaing our work area and started general cleaning
